25.1 Funding structure

The blended structure balances cost of capital with prudent gearing.
Senior debt of R130m at 12.5% benefits from a grace period during
construction and commissioning before amortising from Year 3, when
operating cash flow is established. The R110m equity tranche provides
the risk-bearing foundation and is the focus of the return analysis in
Section 28. The Company’s ESG and development profile positions it to
attract concessional or blended elements that could further reduce the
blended cost of capital.
