ProPoultry creates 18 direct permanent positions in Year 1, expanding to 26 by Year 5. An estimated 45 additional indirect employment opportunities are generated across the local value chain including feed transport, packaging supply, equipment maintenance, accounting services and retail distribution. Using the National Treasury employment multiplier for agriculture of 2.5x, the total employment impact is estimated at 65 full-time equivalent positions by Year 5.

The Company’s total annual payroll of R1.78 million in Year 1 (growing to approximately R2.50 million by Year 5) represents a significant injection of disposable income into the Sanfontein and broader Moses Kotane community, with multiplier effects across local retail, services and housing.

12.2 B-BBEE and Transformation Contribution
