This business plan (the “Plan”) has been prepared by the management of ProPoultry Community Project (Pty) Ltd (the “Company”) for the sole purpose of providing prospective investors, development finance institutions, grant-making bodies and strategic partners with sufficient information to evaluate a potential investment in or financial support of the Company. This Plan is strictly confidential and proprietary to the Company.

By accepting delivery of this Plan, the recipient acknowledges and agrees that: (a) this Plan and its contents are confidential and may not be reproduced, distributed, or disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company; (b) the recipient will use this Plan solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment or partnership; and (c) if the recipient decides not to proceed with the proposed transaction, all copies of this Plan will be promptly returned or destroyed.

All monetary values are expressed in South African Rand (ZAR / R) unless otherwise stated. Financial projections are presented on a nominal basis incorporating an assumed consumer price inflation rate of 5.5% per annum, aligned with the South African Reserve Bank’s inflation target band of 3–6%.

This Plan supersedes any and all prior business plans, presentations or information memoranda issued by the Company. The Company reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace this Plan at any time without notice.
