She has 12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including senior management positions at Famous Brands and Spur Corporation. She brings deep expertise in brand development, franchise operations, and South African consumer behaviour.

Ethan Naidoo — Chief Operating Officer

Mr Naidoo is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Stellenbosch University. He has 10 years of operational and financial management experience across the hospitality sector, including roles at Tsogo Sun Hotels and The Silo Hotel Group. He will oversee daily operations, financial controls, supply chain management, and technology implementation.

Mpho Khumalo — Investor Director & Non-Executive Board Member

Mr Khumalo is a serial entrepreneur and private equity investor with a portfolio spanning food services, fintech, and renewable energy. He is a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA) and serves on the advisory boards of three JSE-listed companies. He brings strategic guidance, governance oversight, and access to a broad investor network.
