Section 20 · Business Plan
Risk Management Framework
A structured risk register and the mitigation measures covering development, market and absorption, construction, financial, regulatory, counterparty and execution risks.
20.1 Risk Governance
Aether Living operates a three-lines-of-defence risk management
framework. The first line consists of operational management at precinct
and platform level, who are accountable for day-to-day risk
identification and mitigation. The second line is the central Risk &
Compliance function, which provides independent oversight, framework
development, and reporting. The third line is the Internal Audit
function, which provides assurance to the Audit & Risk Committee on
the effectiveness of the overall framework. External assurance is
provided through annual audit by a Big-Four firm, periodic IFC
supervision missions, and biannual independent technical reviews.
