Implementation Roadmap

The phased implementation roadmap, the key milestones and the critical path from financial close through commissioning to steady-state throughput.

The build-out follows a disciplined, gated sequence. Phase 1 proves
the integrated unit economics of a single hub; Phase 2 replicates
regionally and unlocks export; Phase 3 scales the farmer network and
value-added capacity to steady state. Capital is released against the
achievement of operational milestones rather than on a fixed
schedule.
