The critical milestones and dependencies and the phased critical path from the seed round through construction to first output.
The roadmap below sets out the critical path from inception to full
production, with milestones, dependencies and the five workstreams that
must be sequenced to reach financial close and commercial operation.
Development approvals and FEED run in parallel and gate financial close;
EPC construction is the longest pole; commissioning and ramp follow
mechanical completion.
