9.1 Senior Leadership

The founding team’s combined expertise spans agribusiness strategy, financial management, and aquaculture engineering. Their credentials are summarised in Section 1.2. An experienced independent non-executive chairperson will be appointed to the Board of Directors as a condition of the capital raise, bringing additional governance experience and investor confidence.

9.2 Organisational Design

The organisation will be structured across four functional divisions:

  • Production & Operations (led by COO): aquaculture technicians, hatchery staff, pond and RAS operators, quality control

  • Finance & Administration (led by CFO): financial reporting, procurement, HR, compliance, IT

  • Sales & Marketing (to be recruited): business development, key account management, brand management, logistics coordination

  • Processing & Distribution (reporting to COO): processing plant staff, cold-chain logistics, warehousing
