The AquaVanta brand will be positioned around three pillars: freshness (locally produced, never frozen), sustainability (RAS technology, water recycling), and African provenance (proudly South African, supporting local communities). Brand communication will leverage point-of-sale materials, social media engagement, and partnerships with food influencers and chefs to build consumer awareness of farmed catfish as a premium, healthy protein source.
