The company will be incorporated with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and will comply with all applicable legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

The company will maintain annual audited financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for SMEs and will implement internal controls aligned with best practice for the hospitality sector.
