FireStone’s pricing strategy positions the brand firmly in the premium-accessible tier. Individual pizza prices range from ZAR 75 for a personal Margherita to ZAR 160 for a large speciality pizza, with an average ticket price of approximately ZAR 140 including beverages and sides. This pricing is benchmarked at a 10 to 15 percent premium above mass-market chains like Debonairs, but 15 to 25 percent below fine-dining Italian restaurants. The pricing model ensures value perception while protecting gross margins. Menu prices will be reviewed quarterly using a food cost percentage target of 28 to 32 percent.
