The implementation roadmap spans approximately seven months from company registration to grand opening. 13.4 Key Dependencies and Risk Mitigation

The implementation plan identifies several critical dependencies. Site availability and lease negotiation represent the highest uncertainty, mitigated by maintaining three to four shortlisted properties simultaneously. Contractor availability for leasehold improvements is managed through early engagement and fixed-price contracts with penalty clauses for delays.
