23.2 Workforce and skills development

The operational workforce scales with throughput across the plant,
feedlots, aggregation centres and logistics. Investment in training — in
food safety, halaal compliance, animal welfare and technical skills —
builds both capability and the social-impact profile, with deliberate
emphasis on local and previously excluded recruitment.

23.3 Organisational scaling

Headcount and overhead are modelled to scale sub-linearly with
revenue, reflecting operating leverage: overhead and administration fall
from roughly 10.6% of revenue in Year 1 to about 7.0% by Year 5,
contributing to margin expansion.
