8.4 Remuneration Philosophy

Remuneration will be benchmarked to the 50th–75th percentile of the South African food manufacturing sector. The executive team will receive a combination of base salary, performance-linked bonuses (20–30% of base), and equity vesting over a 4-year period to ensure alignment with long-term shareholder value creation.
