10.2 Insurance Programme
The project will maintain a comprehensive insurance programme
consistent with international project finance requirements, including
construction all-risk (CAR) insurance during the construction phase,
operational all-risk insurance covering physical damage and natural
perils, business interruption insurance covering loss of revenue due to
insured events, third-party liability insurance, and directors’ and
officers’ liability insurance. The insurance programme will be placed
with A-rated international insurers and will be subject to annual review
and renewal.
