GreenPulse operates in full compliance with South African regulatory requirements including the Companies Act 71 of 2008, the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Our data centres are located in Johannesburg and Cape Town, ensuring all farmer data remains within South African borders in compliance with POPIA’s cross-border data transfer provisions.
The company holds all necessary registrations with the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD) and maintains active memberships with AgriSA, the Agricultural Business Chamber (Agbiz), and the Southern African Precision Agriculture Association (SAPAA).
