GreenPulse offers a comprehensive suite of precision agriculture solutions designed to serve the full spectrum of South African farming operations, from emerging smallholders to large corporate estates. Our product ecosystem is built on three integrated pillars that work together to deliver measurable improvements in farm productivity and profitability.

4.2 GreenPulse Cloud Platform (SaaS)

Our flagship product is a cloud-based farm management platform accessible via web browser, iOS, and Android applications. The platform incorporates the following modules:

• Crop Intelligence Module: AI-powered crop health monitoring using satellite imagery (Sentinel-2 and Planet Labs), drone integration, and ground-truth sensor data. Provides NDVI mapping, growth stage tracking, and anomaly detection with 95% accuracy for common South African crop diseases.

• Weather & Climate Module: Hyperlocal weather forecasting using a proprietary model trained on South African Weather Service (SAWS) data combined with on-farm micro-climate sensors. 4.3 GreenPulse Sensor Network (Hardware)

Our proprietary sensor hardware is designed and assembled in South Africa, with key components sourced from approved SABS-certified suppliers:

• GP-Soil 200: Multi-parameter soil probe measuring moisture (volumetric), temperature, electrical conductivity, and pH. Solar-powered with LoRaWAN connectivity. Retail price: R4,500 per unit. Designed for deployment densities of 1 sensor per 5–20 hectares depending on soil variability.

• GP-Weather Station: Compact automated weather station measuring rainfall, temperature, humidity, wind speed/direction, solar radiation, and leaf wetness. Retail price: R18,500 per unit. One station covers approximately 500 hectares.

• GP-Gateway: LoRaWAN gateway for sensor data aggregation and cloud transmission. Supports cellular (MTN/Vodacom) and satellite (Starlink) backhaul. Retail price: R12,000 per unit. Each gateway supports up to 500 sensors within a 10km radius.

4.4 GreenPulse Advisory (Services)

Our professional services division provides on-farm consulting, training, and implementation support:

• Implementation Services: On-site sensor installation, platform configuration, data migration from existing systems, and user training. Typical engagement: 3–5 days for a 1,000-hectare operation.

• Precision Agriculture Consulting: Agronomist-led consulting services including soil sampling plans, variable-rate prescription map development, and season-by-season optimisation reviews.

• Training Academy: Structured training programmes for farm workers and managers, certified by AgriSETA. Available in-person and via our e-learning platform. SETA-accredited training qualifies for skills development levy rebates.
