The longer-term regional expansion opportunity beyond South Africa, and the optionality it adds to the platform investment case.
Following successful domestic scaling, Vulcan intends to evaluate
expansion into neighbouring markets where the Steers brand already has
presence and recognition. This optionality is upside to the base case
and is not relied upon in the projections or returns.
