11.1 Phase 1: Establishment (Months 1–18)
This phase encompasses all foundational activities required to bring the farm to a state of operational readiness. Critical path activities include land transfer and registration, environmental impact assessment and water-use licence application, borehole drilling and irrigation installation, soil preparation and amendment, and phased tree planting (Phase 1: 55 hectares in months 6–12; Phase 2: 35 hectares in months 12–18).
11.2 Phase 2: Early Production (Months 19–36)
Young trees begin producing limited yields from approximately 24 months post-planting. This phase focuses on orchard management and canopy development, initial harvest and quality grading, export market registration and certification, brand development and marketing launch, and packhouse and cold chain partnership establishment.
11.3 Phase 3: Full Commercial Operations (Months 37–60)
Trees reach commercial bearing from Year 4, with production scaling to target levels by Year 5. Key activities in this phase include production optimisation and yield maximisation, full export programme execution, organic certification for the designated 15-hectare block, financial performance stabilisation and potential debt refinancing, and development of expansion plans for Phase 2 growth.
