Products & Services

The primary product is fresh, export-grade lemons cultivated for the international fresh produce market. The Company will focus on two commercially proven lemon varieties, selected for their export suitability, yield characteristics, and market acceptance:

4.1 Core Product: Export-Grade Fresh Lemons

The primary product is fresh, export-grade lemons cultivated for the international fresh produce market. The Company will focus on two commercially proven lemon varieties, selected for their export suitability, yield characteristics, and market acceptance:

Eureka Lemons: The industry-standard export variety,
characterised by consistent fruit size, thin skin, high juice content,
and year-round bearing capability. Eureka accounts for approximately 70%
of planned plantings.
Lisbon Lemons: A complementary variety with
excellent cold tolerance and slightly thicker skin, improving
post-harvest longevity during extended transit to distant markets.
Lisbon is allocated 30% of plantings to diversify varietal risk and
extend the harvest window.

4.2 Secondary Products & By-Products

Juice-Grade Lemons: Fruit that does not meet
export-grade cosmetic standards (sizing, blemishes, scarring) is sold to
domestic juice concentrate processors at lower margins but provides
consistent revenue from otherwise waste product.
Lemon Oil & Peel Products: Essential oil
extraction from lemon peel represents a value-added opportunity. Lemon
essential oil commands premium pricing in the food, beverage, cosmetics,
and aromatherapy industries.
Organic Premium Segment: A designated 15-hectare
block will be transitioned to organic certification (targeting
GlobalG.A.P. and EU Organic certification) by Year 4, enabling access to
the high-margin organic lemon market where prices command a 25–40%
premium over conventional product.

4.3 Product Quality & Standards

All export-grade product will comply with the following quality and regulatory frameworks: GlobalG.A.P. certification for Good Agricultural Practices; PPECB (Perishable Products Export Control Board) inspection requirements; EU phytosanitary import requirements (including Cold Sterilisation Treatment protocols); HACCP food safety management system; and relevant DAFF (Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries) export protocols.
