  • Companies Act 2008 compliance (annual returns, financial statements)

  • South African Revenue Service (SARS) registration and tax compliance

  • B-BBEE compliance and verification

  • Exchange control regulations (SARB)

  • Customs and Excise Act compliance (export permits, documentation)

  • National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) standards
