Company Overview

2.1 Legal Structure and Registration

Goldenveld Grain (Pty) Ltd will be incorporated as a private company under the South African Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008). The registered office will be located in Moorreesburg, Western Cape. The Company will register with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) for corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and employee tax obligations. Agricultural activity will be conducted in compliance with the Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act (CARA), the National Water Act, and applicable provincial environmental legislation.

2.3 Vision and Mission

Vision: To become a leading, technology-enabled
commercial wheat producer in the Western Cape, delivering consistent
milling-grade output while stewarding the natural resources of the
Swartland.

Mission: To operate a profitable, climate-resilient
wheat enterprise that leverages precision agriculture, responsible land
management, and strategic market positioning to serve South Africa’s
growing demand for domestically produced wheat.
