4.3 Quality Assurance Framework
The Company will implement a comprehensive quality management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP principles. Every production batch will undergo laboratory testing for moisture content, crude protein, crude fibre, crude fat, ash content, and mycotoxin levels. Raw materials will be tested upon receipt, with certificates of analysis required from all suppliers. The Company will pursue formal ISO certification within 18 months of commissioning.
