The clinical core: children discharged from public and private hospitals, neonatal ICUs, trauma, oncology and neurosurgery units receive 24-hour specialised nursing, medication management, nutrition, respiratory support and wound care. This step-down care safely frees acute hospital beds while giving fragile children the sustained clinical attention they need to stabilise and recover.

This is the heart of the recovery model, and the service most dependent on scarce therapist capacity, which is why technology-assisted rehabilitation and disciplined scheduling are central to extending each therapist’s reach.
