Technology & Digital Infrastructure

The technology and digital infrastructure — web-to-print, MIS, automation and data — that differentiates PrintCore as a technology-led printer.

10.1 Technology Strategy

PrintCore’s competitive position is reinforced by a deliberately
modern technology stack that automates administrative workflows,
integrates production with customer interaction, and provides
decision-grade management information. The technology strategy is
anchored on three principles: a single source of truth for jobs,
customers, and financial data; integration over best-of-breed where the
integration cost outweighs functional benefit; and security and uptime
sufficient for enterprise customer SLAs.

10.2 Core Systems Architecture

Layer Platform Function
ERP SAP Business One (SME edition) or Odoo Enterprise Financial core, inventory, procurement, payroll integration
MIS / Production Mgmt Print MIS — Tharstern or PressWise Job costing, scheduling, production tracking, billing
Workflow Heidelberg Prinect or Esko Automation Engine Pre-press automation, RIP, plate output, press hand-off
Customer Portal Custom-build (web + mobile) Online quoting, ordering, proofing, status tracking
CRM HubSpot or Pipedrive Sales pipeline, account management, marketing automation
BI & Analytics Microsoft Power BI Management reporting, sales analytics, production KPIs
Document & file Microsoft 365 + SharePoint Productivity, collaboration, document management
Network & security Fortinet next-gen firewall + endpoint protection Perimeter, endpoint security, secure remote access

10.3 Cybersecurity & Data Protection

PrintCore’s customer base — particularly financial services and
government — requires demonstrable cybersecurity discipline. The Company
will implement Information Security Management aligned to ISO 27001
(formal certification targeted in Year 3), supported by next-generation
firewall infrastructure, endpoint detection and response (EDR), regular
penetration testing, employee security awareness training, and POPIA
(Protection of Personal Information Act) compliance documentation. A
formal Incident Response Plan will be in place from launch with annual
testing.

10.4 Data & Analytics

Production, sales, and financial data flow through Power BI
dashboards refreshed daily, providing management with real-time
visibility on production KPIs (overall equipment effectiveness,
makeready time, waste rate), sales KPIs (pipeline by stage, win rate,
average deal size), and financial KPIs (gross margin by product, EBITDA
run-rate, working capital). Anomalies trigger automated alerts to the
relevant operational owner.
