2.3 Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Savanna Harvest Supermarket will comply with all applicable South African legislation and regulations, including but not limited to the Companies Act 71 of 2008, Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act 54 of 1972, National Health Act 61 of 2003, Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, Basic Conditions of Employment Act 75 of 1997, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, and Municipal By-laws regarding retail operations, waste management, and fire safety.
