3.3 Advisory Board

The Company intends to establish an Advisory Board comprising experienced professionals in retail operations, supply chain optimisation, and corporate governance. The Advisory Board will provide strategic guidance on expansion planning, supplier negotiations, and financial structuring. The Board will meet quarterly and will not carry executive authority but will serve as a sounding board for the management team on key strategic decisions.
