8.2 Cold Chain and Logistics
Maintaining the cold chain from harvest to delivery is critical for product quality and shelf life. Springs Harvest will invest in an on-site packhouse with pre-cooling facilities, cold storage rooms, and grading and packaging lines. Distribution will be managed through a fleet of two refrigerated vehicles for local deliveries, supplemented by contracted logistics providers for longer-distance and export shipments.
