The Managing Director brings 15 years of experience in the South African hospitality and food service industry, having held senior management positions at two of the country’s leading restaurant groups. Their track record includes launching three successful restaurant concepts, managing multi-unit operations with combined annual revenue exceeding ZAR 50 million, and leading teams of 100+ staff. They hold an MBA from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Head Chef / Culinary Director
The Head Chef is a classically trained culinary professional with 12 years of kitchen experience across fine dining and fast-casual environments. Their expertise includes menu development for high-volume operations, kitchen workflow optimisation, and food cost management. They have completed advanced training in HACCP food safety management and hold certifications from the South African Chefs Association.
Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director
