3.1 Company Description
Velocity Auto Restore Group (Pty) Ltd is a South African private
company established to develop and operate a network of professionally
managed collision repair and autobody restoration centres. The Company
will combine insurance-approved collision repair, panel beating,
structural repair, spray painting, paintless dent repair, smart cosmetic
repairs, fleet restoration and premium detailing under a single,
technology-enabled operating platform.
Velocity’s organising principle is consolidation with consistency: to
bring the scale economics, capital intensity, digital integration and
quality standards of a national group to a sector dominated by
sub-scale, single-site operators. The Company will grow through a
combination of greenfield hub development and selective acquisition of
established workshops with existing insurer approvals and skilled
teams.
