StrengthCertification sequencing is the reason Series B is timed at month 24, and it cannot be bought past

International certification bodies generally require a meaningful period of production records before certifying a facility, and Gulf and Asian market registrations follow certification rather than preceding it. The Company therefore cannot accelerate its export entry with capital, it must first produce, accumulate records, certify, and then register. Building the funding structure around that sequence rather than against it is the single most intelligent structural decision in this Plan. It also explains why the domestic business, which will never be the profit engine, is nonetheless indispensable: it is the mechanism by which the production record required for export certification is generated.
