2.2 Mission

To grow, pack, market and export premium fruit through sustainable
farming, operational innovation, logistics excellence and strategic

stakeholders while advancing rural development and transformation in
South Africa.

2.4 Legal Structure & Governance

Kalahari Crown Exports will be incorporated as a private company (Pty
Ltd) under the South African Companies Act, 2008. The Company will adopt
a governance framework aligned with the King IV Code on Corporate
Governance, comprising a board with independent non-executive directors,
and audit-and-risk, social-and-ethics, and investment committees. A
broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) ownership structure,
including a worker share-ownership scheme, will be embedded from
inception to support transformation objectives and procurement
competitiveness.
