climate-matched crop portfolio with control of the full value chain —
from orchard to international retailer — to capture margin, ensure
quality and build resilience.
The financial plan demonstrates a credible path from a
development-stage enterprise to an approximately R4.1 billion-revenue
business within seven years, generating a projected equity IRR of 39.3%
on a conservative, internally consistent set of assumptions. The funding
structure is bankable, development-finance-aligned and conservatively
geared, with debt-service coverage comfortably above standard covenant
levels once operations mature.
