The implementation roadmap — the critical milestones, and the dependencies and critical path from financial close through the phased development.
The implementation roadmap sequences the critical milestones,
workstreams and dependencies across the seven-year horizon, organised
into the three phases described in Section 7. The Gantt chart below maps
each workstream against the timeline and highlights the critical
milestones that gate progress and funding tranches.

11.2 Dependencies & Critical Path
The critical path runs from funding close through land acquisition,
water and irrigation, and first plantings to the first commercial
harvest — the point at which the enterprise begins generating export
revenue. Packhouse and cold-storage commissioning must precede each
harvest peak. Delays in water licensing or port logistics are the
principal external risks to the schedule and are actively managed
through early engagement with regulators and a multi-port strategy.
