Strategic objectives, FY2027–FY2031

  • Build a fully automated, NCA-compliant digital lending platform
    capable of a sub-10-minute application-to-disbursement journey.
  • Originate a net loan book of R5.8 billion by FY2031 while holding
    cost of risk on a declining glide path from 22% to 13% of the average
    gross book.
  • Diversify revenue such that non-interest income (fees,
    subscriptions, embedded finance, insurance) contributes at least 40% of
    revenue by FY2031.
  • Achieve a cost-to-income ratio below 45% by FY2031 through
    automation of underwriting, servicing and collections.
  • Establish a securitisation warehouse programme by month 26 to
    fund book growth beyond the initial R1.8 billion raise.
  • Reach 2.0 million active customers with a measurable
    financial-wellness improvement across the base, evidenced by declining
    repeat-distress borrowing.
