Implementation Roadmap & Gantt Chart

The implementation roadmap and Gantt chart – the phased milestones and the critical path underpinning FluxCap.

The 60-month roadmap sequences five phases from financial close:
foundation and licensing; pilot and public launch; product
diversification and warehouse funding; embedded scale-up; and exit
readiness. Dependencies are explicit — no public launch without NCR
registration and the senior facility; no warehouse close without twelve
months of audited vintage data; no SADC expansion until the domestic
book is profitable.

Critical milestones and dependencies

Month Milestone Dependency / gate
M5 NCR credit-provider registration granted Company incorporation, compliance staffing, RMCP approved
M4 Equity tranche 1 close (R720m) Anchor investor commitment; governance constitution
M9 Pilot launch — FluxAdvance, Gauteng Platform UAT complete; KYC and payment rails live; NCR registration
M12–13 Senior debt facility close (R900m) & public launch Pilot vintage data (3 months); security package; DSRA funded
M14–19 FluxFlex launch; marketing scale-up Cost of risk within 250bp of plan on pilot vintages
M16–24 FluxSalary — first 3–5 employer payroll partnerships Payroll-integration middleware certified; employer credit agreements
M26 Securitisation warehouse programme close 12 months audited book performance; rating-agency engagement; trustee & SPV structures
M24–33 FluxEmbedded API channel live with e-commerce partners API gateway hardened; partner-risk framework approved by Credit Committee
M36 EBITDA-positive run-rate confirmed FY2029 plan delivery; cost of risk ≤ 16.5%
M42–54 SADC expansion feasibility (no capital committed in this plan) Domestic profitability; board approval; regulatory mapping
M48–60 Exit readiness: three-year audit trail, data room, governance maturity Sustained ROE > 18%; clean regulatory record
KEY INSIGHT

The single most consequential dependency in the roadmap is the M26
warehouse close. Sections 21–22 show the R1.8bn raise fully funds the
book only into FY2029; growth in FY2030–FY2031 requires warehouse
capacity scaling to approximately R4.2 billion. The plan therefore
front-loads everything a securitisation programme demands — audited
vintages, granular data tape, conservative provisioning, DSRA discipline
— from the first loan originated, so that the funding gate opens on
schedule.
