Baobab Table Experiences is raising ZAR 75.5 million in equity to establish South Africa’s first large-scale Pan-African experiential dining destination — a 220-seat Johannesburg flagship weaving an 18-course tasting journey across 15+ countries with live music, dance, storytelling and craft, plus events, retail, a culinary academy and franchising, scaling toward ZAR 205 million of Year-5 revenue and ZAR 56.8 million of Year-5 EBITDA at a 27.7% margin. Headline revenue and EBITDA are preserved exactly; everything below EBITDA is independently re-derived (component depreciation, 27% SA tax, working capital) with the balance sheet tying to zero every year. This plan sets out the market and competitive analysis, the experience and business model, operations and the flagship, the multi-venue rollout and franchising, full financial projections, funding and returns, the SWOT and investment thesis and an honest account of the key risks and independent findings. Use the contents below to navigate the plan.
