Infinite Stories.”, captures a concept built not around a menu alone but around a curated cultural experience that celebrates the food, music, art and heritage of Africa.

The founding team combines destination-dining, tourism and restaurant-development experience (Executive Chairman), luxury-restaurant, customer-experience and African-tourism expertise (CEO), large-scale food-production and restaurant-systems capability (Operations Director), and destination-branding, luxury-hospitality and digital-engagement expertise (Commercial Director). The team holds 100% of equity at the outset, aligning management and ownership.
The long-term ambition
Within a decade the Company aims to operate 20 destination venues across South Africa and key African tourism markets, welcome more than one million guests a year, build a portfolio of branded African food products distributed through premium retailers, establish the Baobab Culinary Academy to train chefs and hospitality professionals in African gastronomy, and generate annual revenues exceeding R1.5 billion across restaurants, events, retail, consulting and franchise royalties. The R75.5 million sought here funds the first, foundational phase.
