The project will be implemented over a 12-month period from capital raise completion to full commercial operations. The implementation timeline is structured in four phases:

Phase 1: Pre-Construction (Months 1-3)

Company registration, regulatory approvals, and environmental impact assessment.
Final engineering design, equipment procurement orders, and contractor selection.
Management team recruitment and onboarding.

Phase 2: Construction & Installation (Months 3-8)

Site preparation, civil works, and building construction.
Equipment delivery, installation, and integration.
Silo erection and raw material storage infrastructure.

Phase 3: Commissioning (Months 8-10)

Equipment testing, calibration, and trial runs.
Staff recruitment, training, and competency assessment.
HACCP system implementation and initial product formulation trials.

Phase 4: Commercial Launch (Months 10-12)

First commercial production batches and quality verification.
Customer acquisition campaigns and initial deliveries.
Brand launch event and market introduction.
