3.2 Management Structure
Day-to-day operations will be overseen by Pieter van Zyl as Managing Director and Farm Operations Lead, Naledi Khumalo as Commercial Director responsible for marketing, sales, and distribution, and Andrew Dlamini as Financial Director responsible for financial management, compliance, and investor relations.
The company will appoint an independent non-executive director within the first 18 months to strengthen governance and provide strategic oversight.
