LumaVida Women’s Health Institute is raising a ZAR 25 million Phase-1 seed to roll out a capital-light national network of premium women’s-health clinics across South Africa — a flagship plus nine provincial clinics delivering obstetrics, gynaecology, fertility, longevity and oncology screening (with hospital partners for surgery), scaling toward more than ZAR 180 million of Year-5 revenue and around 225 jobs created, serving medical-aid members, private patients and corporate wellness. This plan sets out the clinical service model and clinic economics, market and competitive analysis, operations and clinical governance, patient-acquisition strategy, ESG and access, full financial projections, the investment case and an honest account of the key risks.
