The founding team combines over 18 years of logistics, fleet management, transport operations and infrastructure services (Founder & CEO), civil engineering specialising in municipal water infrastructure, fleet optimisation and operational excellence (Executive Director – Operations), government procurement, industrial-client and strategic-partnership business development (Commercial Director), and chartered-accountant expertise in governance, capital raising and financial strategy (Independent Non-Executive Director). The team holds 100% of equity at the outset, aligning management and ownership, and its blend of logistics, engineering, commercial and finance skills maps directly onto a technology-enabled, compliance-led water-logistics business.
The long-term ambition
The strategy is to build the leading independent water-logistics provider in South Africa through disciplined, phased expansion, from four tankers serving Pretoria to a fifteen-plus-tanker fleet with mobile treatment capability serving Gauteng, Limpopo and North West. The company targets stable recurring revenues, strong cash flows and attractive returns, positioning itself for a strategic acquisition, partnership or further capital raise over the longer term. The R16.5 million Series A funds the launch; the modelled Series B funds the scale-up.
