Figure 7. Year-5 revenue mix by stream.

Contracted water supply anchors the business with recurring, predictable revenue; premium emergency deliveries capture the acute, high-value demand created by outages; and construction, storage-rental and consultancy streams diversify and broaden the base. The fleet itself, modern, food-grade, stainless-steel, GPS-tracked tankers of 10,000–18,000 litres, growing to include larger articulated combinations and, in Phase III, mobile treatment and purification units, is both the service-delivery platform and the collateralisable asset base.

StrengthThe fleet is both the service platform and the collateral

BluePeak’s tanker fleet does double duty: it is the means of delivering every service, and it is a financeable, collateralisable asset that supports vehicle asset finance and reduces the equity required. As the fleet grows from four to fifteen-plus tankers, and adds larger articulated units and mobile treatment capability, it scales both revenue capacity and the asset base, making the business genuinely asset-backed and its growth naturally financeable.
