The build proceeds in three phases over roughly seven years: establish the manufacturing plant, EPC division and network (Years 1–2); add battery assembly, capacity expansion to 750MW, utility-scale supply and SADC export (Years 3–5); and extend regional hubs, deepen localisation and prepare for exit (Years 5–7).
