Execution of an integrated manufacturing, EPC and distribution platform demands deep operational, engineering, commercial and financial leadership. The Group is led by an experienced executive team across the disciplines the plan requires, supported by a governance framework appropriate to a DFI- and bank-financed, B-BBEE-participating company.

Governance framework
A board with independent representation will oversee management, supported by audit-and-risk, and social-and-ethics committees. The framework covers B-BBEE compliance, financial audit, ESG reporting, health-and-safety, procurement and currency-risk policy, and the covenant and reporting obligations attached to the DFI and bank facilities. Robust governance is a financing precondition, and the plan is structured to meet institutional-investor standards from the outset.
- Audit & risk committee — financial controls, currency and procurement risk, covenant compliance.
- Social & ethics committee — B-BBEE, ESG reporting, skills, health & safety and community impact.
