Lesedi Solar Care is raising R38 million of equity within R58 million of total funding to scale a national solar operations and maintenance platform — water-efficient robotic cleaning, performance analytics through the LumenIQ platform, and a Level 1 empowered field workforce operating from three regional depots — growing to 1,250 MW under management by Year 5 on recurring contracted revenue at a 26% Year-5 EBITDA margin. Headline revenue and EBITDA are preserved exactly; everything below EBITDA is independently re-derived (component depreciation, full cash interest, 27% SA tax with assessed-loss relief, working capital) with the balance sheet tying to zero every year. This plan sets out the market and the soiling problem it solves, market sizing and demand drivers, the services and revenue model, contract economics and unit analysis, the cleaning method and water constraint, the LumenIQ platform, the operations plan and depot network, go-to-market and contracting strategy, competitive positioning, health, safety and quality systems, full financial projections, funding and use of funds, returns and sensitivities, risk analysis and independent findings, the SWOT and strategic analysis, management, transformation, ESG and water stewardship, and growth strategy and exit.
