The product and service offering across circular-economy retail, pawn lending and second-hand trading underpinning ReclaimHub.
ReclaimHub’s product architecture is designed so that each store
serves the full liquidity-and-affordability journey: a customer can sell
an item for cash, pawn it for a short-term loan, buy a refurbished or
new product, or list and collect through the digital layer, all in one
visit.

9.2 The refurbishment engine
Refurbishment is the margin multiplier. Devices acquired through
purchase or forfeiture are routed to regional hubs for diagnostics,
repair and quality grading, then returned to the retail floor at a
substantially higher realisable price than their intake cost. A
transparent grading system (from certified-refurbished to as-is)
supports pricing integrity and consumer trust, and underpins the
second-hand gross margins that differentiate the model from conventional
retail.
9.3 Service catalogue
Beyond the five core product lines, each store offers a set of
services that deepen the customer relationship and add fee income at low
marginal cost.
