The Company’s operations will encompass the full cultivation cycle from soil preparation through to primary fibre decortication, seed cleaning and grading, cold-press oil extraction, and biomass baling.
The Company will be registered as a private company under the Companies Act 71 of 2008, domiciled in South Africa, and will comply with all applicable regulatory requirements including the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act, the Agricultural Product Standards Act, and relevant DALRRD (Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development) permit conditions.
