8.1 Product Portfolio

8.1.1 Hemp Fibre

Decorticated hemp bast fibre represents the Company’s primary revenue driver, accounting for an estimated 40% of total revenue. Hemp fibre is valued for its exceptional tensile strength, durability, and biodegradability, with applications spanning textiles (clothing, upholstery), industrial fabrics (canvas, geotextiles), rope and cordage manufacturing, and automotive and construction composites. Target annual production at full capacity is 875–1,050 tonnes of processed fibre.

8.1.2 Hemp Seeds

Hemp seeds (hulled and unhulled) represent the Company’s second major revenue stream, accounting for approximately 28% of revenue. Hemp seeds are a nutritional powerhouse, containing complete protein (all essential amino acids), omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in an optimal 3:1 ratio, and high levels of dietary fibre, vitamins, and minerals. Target markets include health food manufacturers, sports nutrition brands, cereal and baking companies, and animal feed formulators.

8.1.3 Hemp Oil

Cold-pressed hemp seed oil accounts for approximately 20% of projected revenue. The oil is extracted using mechanical cold-press methods to preserve nutritional and cosmetic properties. Key applications include cosmetic and skincare formulations, wellness and nutraceutical products, culinary oils, and industrial lubricants. The Company will invest in food-grade cold-press equipment with a processing capacity of 500 litres per day by Year 2.

8.1.4 Hemp Biomass

Hemp hurds (the woody core of the hemp stalk) and residual biomass account for approximately 12% of revenue. Applications include hempcrete manufacturing (a sustainable building material), animal bedding and mulch, bio-composite panels, and cellulose extraction. This product line maximises whole-plant utilisation and generates revenue from material that would otherwise be waste.
