Vision, Mission and Strategic Objectives

To be recognised as one of South Africa’s premier producers of sustainably cultivated industrial hemp and hemp-derived products, setting the benchmark for quality, innovation, and responsible agricultural practice in the African hemp sector.

4.1 Vision

To be recognised as one of South Africa’s premier producers of sustainably cultivated industrial hemp and hemp-derived products, setting the benchmark for quality, innovation, and responsible agricultural practice in the African hemp sector.

4.2 Mission

To cultivate high-quality industrial hemp using regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices while building a profitable, scalable, and socially impactful agribusiness that delivers value to shareholders, employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate.

4.3 Strategic Objectives (5-Year Horizon)

  1. Establish 150 hectares of commercial hemp cultivation in Year 1, expanding to 500 hectares by Year 5.

  2. Achieve revenue of R52 million by Year 5 with a net profit margin exceeding 24%.

  3. Develop integrated primary processing capacity (fibre decortication, seed cleaning, oil extraction) on-site by Year 2.

  4. Secure off-take agreements with at least five anchor customers across textile, food, cosmetic, and construction sectors by Year 2.

  5. Achieve and maintain B-BBEE Level 2 contributor status by Year 2.

  6. Establish export channels to Europe, Asia, and other African markets by Year 3.

  7. Develop branded hemp food and cosmetic product lines for domestic retail distribution by Year 4.
