To be recognised as one of South Africa’s premier producers of sustainably cultivated industrial hemp and hemp-derived products, setting the benchmark for quality, innovation, and responsible agricultural practice in the African hemp sector.
4.2 Mission
To cultivate high-quality industrial hemp using regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices while building a profitable, scalable, and socially impactful agribusiness that delivers value to shareholders, employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate.
4.3 Strategic Objectives (5-Year Horizon)

Establish 150 hectares of commercial hemp cultivation in Year 1, expanding to 500 hectares by Year 5.

Achieve revenue of R52 million by Year 5 with a net profit margin exceeding 24%.

Develop integrated primary processing capacity (fibre decortication, seed cleaning, oil extraction) on-site by Year 2.

Secure off-take agreements with at least five anchor customers across textile, food, cosmetic, and construction sectors by Year 2.

Achieve and maintain B-BBEE Level 2 contributor status by Year 2.
